At Keto Crash Out, a DBA of Ketopop LLC, we are committed to delivering high-quality, perishable products to our customers. Due to the nature of our products and their strict storage requirements, we have a no-refund policy on all purchases, including subscriptions.

Refund Policy - the basics
Why We Do Not Offer Refunds:
1. Perishable Nature:
• Keto Crash Out products are highly perishable and require specific handling, including refrigeration upon delivery. Once shipped, we cannot guarantee the safety or quality of returned items, making refunds or exchanges impossible.
2. Quality Assurance:
• To ensure the highest standard for all our customers, every order is carefully prepared and shipped in insulated, refrigerated packaging. Refunds are not offered to maintain the integrity of our operations and product quality.
3. Subscription Payments:
• All subscription payments are non-refundable, even if the subscription is canceled after the payment is processed. Subscriptions can be managed through patreon.com/ketocrashout to avoid future charges.
Damaged or Missing Shipments:
• While we do not offer refunds, if your order is damaged in transit or does not arrive, please contact us immediately at support@ketocrashout.com with your order details and photos of the damage. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Your Responsibility:
• All customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout or through their Patreon account for subscriptions.
• Upon delivery, products must be refrigerated immediately to preserve their quality. Keto Crash Out is not responsible for product degradation due to delayed refrigeration or incorrect handling.
